Adding Credits To Your Account To Prevent Your Cloud PC From Being Deleted

Important Information

As of September 3, 2019, new Parsec users will no longer have the option to rent cloud computers. If you already have credits in your account on that date, you will have the option to keep adding credits and renting machines until January 1, 2020. After January 1, you will no longer be able to add credits to your account, and you will need to use your credits entirely by February 1, 2020. You can add credits to your account from the Cloud tab in your Parsec app. While Parsec manages your gaming PC in the cloud for you, we do not make any money on this. Our goal is to help you get started gaming as easily as possible and inviting friends to play games with you.

The pricing is the same we pay our providers and that you'd pay them. Unfortunately, when you build a gaming PC in the cloud, you have to pay for storage daily. If you'd like to avoid a slow depletion of your credits when you're not gaming, you should delete your gaming PC when you're not going to use it for several weeks. If you'd like to see where your credits were spent, there's a detailed billing page here. On the credit purchase page, you can see your current balance. We let you go a bit negative and will forgive your negative balance when you buy more credits.
